Cleansing Bath

Here is an energetic cleaning bath I use to start new and went I want things to became clear in my way. it is a energetic cleansing and will move stuck energy, it is great bath for new moon to start the cycle. DO Not do this bath if you are pregnant, Do not ingest.

ENERGETIC CLEARING BATH 6 Cups of water 1 Oz of Altamisa / Mugwort 1 Cup of Sea Salt

To make: Bring water to boil and add the Altamisa, slow boil over low heat, simmer gently for 7 minutes. Strain. when water is still warm take it to shower. wash your self with the sea salt first from top to bottom and then pour the Altamisa water slowly, washing the sea salt out, do not wash the Altamisa water over, until next time you bathe.

DO Not do this bath if you are pregnant, Do not ingest.
